Practical Application

In addition to its use as an alarm clock, the GongClock is also ideal for structuring meetings or for all sessions where a discreet or peaceful signal is appropriate. Whether next to the bed, on the desk or in the living room - the GongClock is a beautiful living accessory and a constant reminder of mindfulness and time.

Lighting

The display is illuminated for a few seconds when the housing is touched or moved. This allows the alarm clock to be read easily at night without permanent illumination disturbing sleep.

Natural material & sustainability

For the case of the GongClock, the full wood of native trees such as maple, beech cherry or walnut is used. It is lovingly handcrafted in our own manufactory in Germany. The natural material harmonises very well with the relaxing effect of the singing bowl. The GongClock is designed for a long life.

Info ice beech: The lively structure and black grain of the beech wood is brought about by a patented process using icing without additives. The beech wood is moistened, exposed to low temperatures and then dried. Patience is required: depending on the weather, the wood matures between 18 and 24 months. The wood of the ice beech is ideal for an unusual design like our GongClock.
