Reflexology massage of the feet harmonize the whole body

Foot singing bowls are very large singing bowls into which one stands and which are struck while standing. These bowls produce an enormous vibrational force, the resonances of which spread through the foot reflex zones to all areas of the body and organs associated with them.

Whoever climbs into such a bowl for the first time is impressed by how the vibrations spread from the feet upwards in the body and a relaxing feeling of well-being arises.

Naturally, such giant bowls are also a representative eye-catcher in wellness, spa and massage centers.

For the foot shell to swing freely, the feet must only touch the bottom of the shell. The more the toes of the feet come into contact with the area of the upright shell wall, the greater the damping of the sound. Therefore, the selection of the shell size is based in particular on the shoe or foot size.

Following table serves as a guide:
  • up to shoe size 38 / 24.3 cm:   Ø ca. 42 cm, weight: ca. 8 kg.
  • up to shoe size 40 / 25.6 cm:   Ø ca. 45 cm, Weight: ca. 9 kg
  • up to shoe size 42 / 27.0 cm:   Ø ca. 47 cm, Weight: ca. 10 kg
  • up to shoe size 44 / 28.3 cm:   Ø ca. 50 cm, weight: ca. 11 kg
